About

Following the success of the 2022 Speaker Series for Young Women, reaching over 300 national women undergraduates and recent graduates and which featured the professional and personal journeys of diverse women C-suite, senior vice presidents, and executive leadership from the Speaker Series for Young Women Coalition, seven of these women executive leaders have created a uniquely curated in-person speaker series for your organization.

The Speaker Series for Young Women Coalition consists of 29 women who are members of Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.

The program’s design includes a uniquely diverse and curated content series consisting of a moderator and three speakers from within our C-suite Boss Me In™ network who present their executive storytelling experience. This is followed by an engaging Q&A that includes the opportunity for inclusive participation from within your women alumni or faculty.

Our In-Person & Virtual Speaker Series

Boss Me In™, aims to encourage and empower college-aged and recent graduates to become confident, self-valued leaders in an equitable and inclusive world.

Our Boss Me In offerings share our unique life learnings from the experience of working as senior-level or C-suite women leaders to empower young people including people who are cisgender, non-binary, and transgender navigate work environments.

Boss Me In’s goal is to help these young people be agents of change for their peers, thus creating a more inclusive work environment for future leaders.

Boss Me In offers a customized in-person speaker series for your young students that can support and amplify existing college and university-level programming. The program’s design includes a uniquely formatted content series consisting of a moderator and three speakers from within our Boss Me In network to present their executive storytelling experience, followed by a Q&A that includes the opportunity to have select women leaders from within your alums or faculty community. In addition to the speaker series program, our speakers will offer a 30-minute gathering and a more intimate informational discussion with the young women attendees separate from the program in an after-party dinner or social session. Our services also provide unique mentorship opportunities with Boss Me In members either through Boss Me In directly or via partner mentorship organizations. Workshops are also available.
